| Discovering that his enemy not only lost his powers, but was incapable of even seeing him, pissed the hell out of Grimmjow. He was going to drag that power out of Ichigo Kurosaki and they were going to battle again, even if it meant spending every waking minute training him. And every minute sleeping in the ginger's apartment...on his couch. And occasionally watch the boy do homework. And sometimes just study Kurosaki's face and the way he does the simplest things. | Normally, one would believe that having their ass handed to them multiple times by an eleven year old would be a hard enough kick in the nuts that life would leave said person alone. In Guzma's case, that wasn't enough. Not only did he have to lose against a fucking child, but he lost complete control of his gang. His grunts scattered. His name and his gang disgraced and spat upon. His clothes tor...>>n from him. His insignia destroyed, and that was only the beginning. Now he was being hunted, the people of Alola seeking revenge against him, even going as far as taking his beloved pokémon from him. Apparently the sight of him beaten and alone was enough to tug at the dusty heartstrings in the policeman Nanu's chest. However, it wasn't enough to keep the old man from punishing him with a full year of grueling community service. At least it was better than dying at the hands of angry Alolans. That's what people said, anyways. Guzma wasn't convinced. |

| AU in which Guzma has become a king by slaying the prior royal, and Nanu is a powerful seer who lives on the streets for pocket change. Guzma finds Nanu on the streets and invites him (orders him) to live in the castle with him and be his personal seer (as well as something more). Nanu begrudgingly agrees, and soon realizes that he is the only one who can see the famished demons and vengeful spirits that haunt Guzma. This au will develop into a full blown story after I am finished with my other multi-chapter fic, but as of right now I just wanted to get a one-shot out of my system. |
